How can this driver think they are safe if performing a turn in the road driving maneuver on a zebra crossing that is reserved for people to cross the road!
Safe drivers always consider other road users, are patient, and will plan their journeys allowing enough time.
If you appear on this website, you need to change your habits to make you a safer driver. Just because you have 10 years No Claims Bonus on your insurance policy does not make you safe. Safe driving needs an attitude adjustment, patience and consideration for other road users. Tailgating, road rage, excessive speed, impatience are some signs of unsafe drivers. The online videos here show the many unsafe drivers on the UK roads.

Overtaking On Pedestrian Crossings
Overtaking other cars on a pedestrian crossing is illegal in the UK, these unsafe drivers do not seem to think or care!
While they might have gotten away with it this time, if they keep driving like this, they will one day cause an accident or knock a child down, what is your excuse! A slow learner is no valid reason for such behaviour.

Avoidable Accident With Motorcycle?
Could this road traffic collision have been avoided by either the car driver or the motorcyclist?
Many people consider themselves a safe driver until other people's mistakes see them involved in a vehicle accident.

Dangerous Driving Roundabout London
Here is a video of a driver recklessly entering a major roundabout with no intention of giving way to traffic already on it. It is behaviour like this that results in the many accidents that happen on UK's roads.

Overtaking Safely
This video shows a learner driver about to perform an unsafe overtaking maneuver, probably because he has seen his dad drive that way.
Are one of those unsafe drivers who would risk overtaking when you can't fully see what is coming round the corner.

Inconsiderate Driver Splashes Pedestrians
It would have only taken a few seconds to slow down and avoid splashing those walking in the rain, but this driver will probably claim to be safe!
Are you a safe and considerate driver? Maybe next time it rains you will think of those walking on the roads or waiting at a bus stop shelter.

Getting In Front Of Learner Drivers
The video below shows how unsafe some drivers are just because they want to get in front of a car displaying 'L' plates.
One drives on the wrong side of the road, while the other plainly barges into the road in reverse! If you ask them, they would probably call themselves safe drivers.

Emerging at Junctions
If you are a safe driver, you will be careful when emerging at a junction, especially when the highway code clearly states that you should give way to traffic already on the main road.
I do not understand why fully qualified drivers would pull out in front of a learner driver who is inexperienced and might panic!
Spare the few extra seconds to be a safe driver the next time you see an elderly or learner driver on the road.
